Matterhorn Pendant Necklace

£70

Matterhorn pendant necklace in sterling silver that has been made on the Isle of Arran by Jess MacDonald Brass.

The Matterhorn is a striking peak and probably the world's most photographed mountain.

Lying in the Alps, the Matterhorn straddles the main watershed and border between Switzerland and Italy. With a height of 4,478m this nearly perfect pyramidal peak is one of the highest summits in the Alps and Europe, and certainly one of the most striking one will ever lay their eyes on.

The first ascent of the Matterhorn was a mountaineering expedition in 14 July 1865.

Elevation - 4,478m

Dimensions: 19mm x 19mm

My jewellery is individually hand-crafted or made in small batch production which is hand-finished - this is reflected in the final finish of each piece. This means that it will not be the same as machine made or mass-produced jewellery. Instead, it gives each of my designs a special artisanal touch.
